1. Why do you only need my email address?

The email address is used for registration purposes. When using the MobiMY+ App you will also be asked for a password.

2. Can I access your system via my mobile phone?

Yes, we specifically designed an App for smartphones. Please find more information about the App by clicking 'MobiMY+'.

3. I do not want my data given to third parties, is that possible?

Yes, you may specify during registration which data you want to make public and which not. If you do not want to disclose information, it will not be shared.


1. What is an IMEI number?

IMEI is short for International Mobile Equipment Identity and is a unique number given to every single mobile phone, typically found behind the battery or in the settings menu.

2. Can you follow me through the IMEI number I provided?

MobiMY will never follow you via your IMEI number

3. Why should the IMEI number be registered and not just only my device?

The IMEI number is unique and enables identification of your device.


1. My device is stolen in a country where MobiMY is not active, now what?

You can still report your device as stolen. Unfortunately we cannot undertake action towards the telecom providers and have them block the device on their networks.

2. In which countries do you operate?

MobiMY is currently active in Ghana and The Netherlands. Additional countries will be announced soon.
